- False declaration at the time of entry, proxy acceptance at reception, transfer of right to run, and proxy run on the day of the event are prohibited.
- Before participating in the event, please ensure that you are in good physical condition, such as by thoroughly training and undergoing a medical examination beforehand.
- Clothing or disguise that is offensive to public order and morals and inappropriate for sporting events is not permitted.

Information will be given approximately one month before the Marathon.
The entry guide is available through the download service from the event website.
Details will be given on the event website at a later date.
Runners check-in
Friday, November 14, 2025 13:00-20:00 (last admission 19:30)
Saturday, November 15, 2025 10:00-19:00 (last admission 18:30)
There will be no registration for runners on the day of the event. You will need your passport for identity verification.
- Please be sure to register on one of the two days listed above.

About Charity Athlete Bibs
Charity Athlete Bibs can display your name or nickname on the front and back.
Runners can apply to purchase charity athlete bibs (1,000 yen) when entering.
Your donation will be used by the Kobe Marathon Friendship Bank.

Terms of Application
Kobe Marathon Registration Rules: When registering for the race, participants must agree to the following registration rules and provide necessary information.

- If multiple applications by the same person are discovered after selection, the entry will be revoked and entry fees will not be refunded even if payment has already been made.
- False declarations of name, age, sex, nationality, place of residence, records, etc., substitute runners in the event, and transfer of race rights are not permitted. If false declarations, substitute runners, or transfer of race rights are found, the racer will be disqualified and no compensation or refund will be given.
- If you fall under 1 or 2 above, you may not be able to apply for future tournaments.
- You will not be able to change, modify, or cancel your registration for personal reasons after the entry period has passed. If there is a need to confirm your registration details, the event secretariat will contact you via your contact email address or phone number.
- If you do not pay the entry fee and other fees by the specified deadline, your participation will be automatically cancelled (your rights will be forfeited) and you will not be able to participate.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for any inability to apply due to the device, operating system , or browser software used, or for delays in application due to problems with the internet connection.
- Please check your registration status on your My Page on each entry site.
- Please note that we cannot accept any inquiries or questions regarding application status to the tournament secretariat.
- In the event that the competition is cancelled or reduced due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer (such as alarms, earthquakes, natural disasters, snowfall, events, accidents, illnesses, etc.), no refunds of participation fees or other expenses will be made.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for any delays caused by public transportation or road conditions on the day of the event.
- Participants must check the health management checklist before participating. If the organizers determine that participants are not properly managing their health, they may be refused participation. In such cases, participation fees and other fees will not be refunded.
- If you have an underlying medical condition (diabetes, heart failure, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, undergoing dialysis, or using immunosuppressants or anti-cancer drugs, etc.), please refrain from applying ( entering ) .
- The organizers will only provide first aid for injuries and illnesses during the event, but will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries or illnesses. Furthermore, illnesses are not covered by the event insurance arranged by the organizers.
- It is prohibited to wear or display any advertising material, such as designs or trademarks representing company or product names, at the event venue (including on the course).
- The organizers recognize the importance of personal information, comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations, and handle participants' personal information in accordance with the organizers' Personal Information Protection Policy. The personal information will be used for the purpose of improving services for participants in the event, including lotteries, participation guides, notification of related information, provision of services from event co-hosts, sponsors, cooperation and related organizations, first aid and cooperation with medical institutions, and record announcements (rankings, etc.).
- The broadcasting rights and portrait rights for the event‘s footage, photographs, articles, location information, participants’ names, ages, places of residence, and records in TV programs, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, and printed materials issued by the organizer belong to the organizer.
- The organizer and the organizer's commissioned party may sell or display photos taken during the event.
- This tournament will be held in compliance with all relevant domestic laws and regulations.
- The organizers will hold the event in accordance with the application terms and conditions, as well as the tournament guidelines, recruitment guidelines, and competition notes.
- During the event, it is prohibited to bring, operate, or fly drones or similar unmanned aerial vehicles other than those used by the organizers, co-organizers, sponsors, etc.
Other notes
- The organizers will transport the participants' checked baggage from the starting point to the relay point and finish point.
- This event is a qualifying event for the “Wanda Age Group World Rankings” of the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
- Please ensure that you have trained sufficiently and taken full care of your health before participating in the event, including undergoing a health checkup beforehand.
- Follow the instructions of the organizer regarding other matters related to the event.
