before entry
- False declarations during registration, registration by proxy, transfer of entry rights, and participation by proxy the day of event are prohibited.
- Before participating in the event, please ensure that you are in good physical condition, such as by thoroughly training and undergoing a medical examination beforehand.
- Clothing or disguise that is offensive to public order and morals and inappropriate for sporting events is not permitted.

Due to high demand, registration may close without prior notice, even during the application period.
Participation information
Mid-October
Information will be given approximately one month before the Marathon.
The entry guide is available through the download service from the event website.
Details will be given on the event website at a later date.
Runners check-in

Saturday, November 14, 2026, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (last entry)
There will be no runner registration the day of event. A passport is required for identity verification.

About Charity Athlete Bibs
Charity Athlete Bibs can display your name or nickname on the front and back.
Runners can apply to purchase charity athlete bibs (1,000 yen) when entering.
Your donation will be used by the Kobe Marathon Friendship Bank.

Event Participation Rules and Regulations
Kobe Marathon Registration Rules: When registering for the race, participants must agree to the following registration rules and provide necessary information.
- Duplicate applications by the same person are not allowed. Please note that if multiple applications are found from the same person, you will be disqualified, and your participation fee will not be refunded.
- False declaration of name, age, gender, nationality, place of residence, race records, etc., or running the race under someone else's name or transferring participation rights is not allowed. If such behavior is discovered, your participation qualification will be canceled without compensation or refund.
- If you violate rules 1 or 2 above, you may not be able to apply for future races.
- After the entry period has passed, you cannot change, correct, or cancel your registration for personal reasons. Only when it is necessary to confirm the contents of registration, the event secretariat will contact you via your email address.
- If payment is not received by the specified date, your entry will be automatically canceled (you will forfeit your rights), and you will not be able to participate.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for any inability to apply due to your device, operating system, or browser software, or for any delays in application due to internet connection problems.
- You can check your registration status on your My Page.
- Inquiries and inquiries regarding the application status, etc., to the event secretariat are not possible.
- In the event that the competition is cancelled or reduced due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer (such as alarms, earthquakes, natural disasters, snowfall, events, accidents, illnesses, etc.), no refunds of participation fees or other expenses will be made.
- Participants with underlying medical conditions (such as diabetes, heart failure, respiratory diseases, hypertension, receiving dialysis, and being on immunosuppressive or anticancer drugs) are advised to refrain from participating
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by public transportation or road conditions on the day of the event.
- Advertising materials, such as logos and trademarks, with the intention of promoting products or companies, are not allowed to be worn or displayed on the body (including along the race route) during the event.
- Bringing, operating, or flying any drones or similar unmanned aerial vehicles other than those used by the organizer, co-organizer, or sponsor is prohibited during the event.
- The broadcasting rights and portrait rights for the event's footage, photographs, articles, location information, participants' names, ages, places of residence (prefecture or city/town/village name), and records in TV programs, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, and printed materials issued by the organizer belong to the organizer.
- The organizers or parties authorized by the organizers may sell or display photographs and other materials from the event, and such materials may be edited or altered using various digital technologies, including generative AI.
- The organizer will provide only first aid for injuries sustained during the event, but assumes no further liability. Additionally, illnesses are not covered by the event insurance arranged by the organizer.
- The organizers recognize the importance of privacy and will handle personal information based on the event's information protection policy in compliance with laws and regulations relating to personal information protection.Personal information will be used for such purposes as drawing lots, providing information on participation, giving notification of related information, offering services from Kobe Marathon sponsors, co-sponsors, co-organizers and related organizations, giving rest-aid treatment and coordinating with medical institutions, and announcing records (including rankings) with the aim of improving services to entrants.
- The tournament will be held in accordance with the tournament guidelines, competition rules, and participant instructions.
- Regarding Receipts for Participation Fees, etc.
● We do not issue receipts for credit card payments. Please use the [statement] or [bill] issued by your credit card company. - The race must comply with all relevant domestic laws and regulations.
Other notes
- The organizers will transport the participants' checked baggage from the starting point to the relay point and finish point.
- This event is a qualifying event for the “Wanda Age Group World Rankings” of the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
- Please ensure that you have trained sufficiently and taken full care of your health before participating in the event, including undergoing a health checkup beforehand.
- Follow the instructions of the organizer regarding other matters related to the event.
